**STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY**
The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty for this product, covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal residential use and conditions. This warranty begins from the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. During the warranty period, the manufacturer will, at its option, repair any material or workmanship defects or provide a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange at no charge, except for the cost of shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance, which will be incurred by the customer. Repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and requires proof of purchase, confirmed by showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.
**WARRANTY LIMITATIONS**
This warranty does not cover:
- Conditions resulting from use other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as rental or commercial use.
- Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or shipping damage.
- Dissatisfaction due to buyer's remorse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damages incurred during transportation, assembly, or maintenance.
- Any used or previously displayed items.
The Company disclaims all express warranties and conditions, whether written or oral, that are not stated in this limited warranty. To the extent allowed by local law outside the United States, the Company also disclaims all implied warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. For transactions in the United States, any implied warranty is limited to the duration of the express warranty stated above. Some states or countries may not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages for consumer products. In such cases, certain exclusions or limitations of this limited warranty may not apply to the Purchaser. The limited warranty terms in this statement, except as lawfully permitted, do not exclude, restrict, or modify the mandatory statutory rights applicable to the sale of this product to the Purchaser. All warranty claims must be filed by the consumer with the retailer of this product, who will then contact the manufacturer regarding any warranty return or replacement. Claims from the consumer will not be handled directly by the manufacturer. Invoices should be retained for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes.
**CLAIM PROCEDURES:**
- Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from the invoice date.
- Claims for missing parts must be made within 14 calendar days after receiving the merchandise.
- Any claims for defective merchandise returns must be packed in the original packaging.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by their representative in the field.
- Pictures are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.
- If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced, or a credit will be issued. It is the manufacturer's policy to replace parts whenever possible.
This warranty provides specific legal rights to the customer, who may have other rights that vary from state to state.
**A more customized and detailed SLA warranty package will be offered post-install and deployment of the system and only on specific systems.**
